Paper dolls were the first dress-up experience I ever had. Then came Barbies. And then my mother’s worn-out dresses and high heels that I tripped over, inching towards the mirror to look at my new get-up. I’ve always loved dressing up, and now you all know I’m obsessed with Polyvore , but paper dolls were the original way to do it.
